The living room facing the ocean has a large colorful sofa and two chairs, hand carved rugs over beautiful tiled floors. There’s a large side board filled with the second set of dishes and silverware. There is a small patio off this room, perfect for morning coffee, and if you are lucky, to see the whales surfacing or the city lights at night. The dining area has a large table, 6 chairs and a delightful niche with a Madonna under a light. There is a small patio off this room, perfect for morning coffee, and if you are lucky, to see the whales surfacing or the city lights at night. The dining area has a large table, 6 chairs and a delightful niche with a Madonna under a light. The kitchen has a large frig, 6 burner gas stove, ice maker (all the water in the villa is pure) fan, dish washer, disposal, coffee maker, toaster, toaster oven, lots of dishes and good pots and pans. The cabinets are all custom made as well as the rounded bar with rosewood and tile, and the bar stools are hand painted. There is a large 2 person embroidered hammock by the pool. The pool has swim up bar stools and a large patio with built in barbeque and lounge chairs surrounded with plants and flowers. The first floor of this villa has no doors or windows to obstruct the view. Also the front of the villa is scalloped with round bay windows on the second floor. Just visible is the palapa roof, an art passed down from father to son. It has never leaked. Going up rounded rosewood stairs is the fist two bedrooms, both with king-size beds. The larger one has a double sofa bed suitable for two children. It is furnished with nice furniture and hand loomed colorful bedspreads and draperies. This bedroom has a desk, chair high speed internet, another phone and a TV DVD and VCR. There are many paintings, rugs and plants. There is an overhead fan but we have air-conditioning. There is an en-suite full bathroom with rounded cabinets, tile, and a huge bathtub. It also features a walk in closet and patio with table and chairs and a gorgeous view. The second bedroom although a little smaller is big enough for a king-size bed, night stands, a trunk to hold extra blankets, large chair and table in the corner (not shown), and large bureau and walk in closet. This bedroom also has its own patio. The en-suite bathroom has a full bath with rounded cabinets and bath tub. Going up a few more levels is the 3rd bedroom; we call this our fantasy bedroom with king-size canopy bed, zebra rug, and Mexican and African Folk art. There is a large closet, a nice bureau, bedside tables, and good. There is a large patio off this bedroom with a trellis roof, large potted ferns, 6 lounge chairs and tables. This is truly a one of a kind villa. |
